Service was great! I made an appointment with Ashley for 10am but life was lifing so she rescheduled me 3x that day with no attitude and finally made it in around 3:30pm. Service manager Elliott Heaney did a fantastic job! My 2010 RAV4 had to be towed in for service due to a roadside breakdown on June 5. When I first talked to the service scheduler they said the soonest they could work on it was June 21. Later that day Elliot called me saying they received my vehicle from the tow service. I described the problem and the service date to him. He said he’ll try to at least get diagnostics run on it to see what the problem was. When We talked the next day he revealed the problem and said they’d try to work it into their schedule. Long story short, my RAV4 was repaired and ready for pick up on June 21. Elliotts customer service exceeded my wildest expectations and was second to none!! It was the best auto service experience of my life!! Thanks Elliott!!
