A small down payment to hold the vehicle while doing the finance paperwork. Easy and quick process, and Rob, the finance guy, understood our parameters and helped us get there. The no hidden fees was a big plus to know our exact costs. Where these guys really shined was when we ran into insurance quote issues. They couldn’t be more understanding, giving us the time to work through it and offering to help where they could. Definitely consider them when shopping for a vehicle.

A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

Park Ford now offers at home car service! They just serviced my car in my driveway. It was awesome! If at home service doesn't work for you, but you want to wait while your car is serviced, their waiting area is nice too. I've had my car serviced there while waiting many times and would just work from the waiting area.

This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!
