Salesman Cecil was outstanding and very professional as well as knowledgeable. I have an issue with the drivers window not functioning properly will be taking the vic down to the dealership to be fixed Cecil started that it's no problem, that is good to hear. Overall good dealership. Had an initial issue with a brand new truck that eventually got resolved, however in order to do so I had to involve the GM. Service dept is pretty good, but I don’t understand why they don’t wash your car every time?? They literally have their own automated car wash and porters, but don’t make this a normal part of doing business. This is one of the little (easy) things that helps differentiate service at higher end dealerships.
