My awesome dad passed and left me the ?Black Beauty?a E350 4Matic. I remember my dad worked with a gentleman named Terrell not sure of his title. I wanted to bring the car in to get checked out and found Terrell is absolutely awesome and I found I just didn?t get lucky everyone that I met like Mariela was on my side and so helpful. Black Beauty had an old recall issue that records show my dad was told about but ignored but Terrell made sure I took care of this safety issue on Mercedes dime. This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.
