Love the visibility! Drives like a van though much bigger. So far, gas mileage is not what has been advertised in media. I wish there were a 2 inch receiver instead of 1 1/4 inch receiver so I could use a platform for transport of small scooter. If one uses an 1 1/4 to 2 inch extender the weight limit is reduced.

We recently purchased a 2018 Transit 350, 12 passenger and I’m honestly sad we didn’t do it sooner. My husband and I have five children (all in car seats/boosters) and two large dogs, packing everyone into my Acadia for a road trip was stressful and no one had personal space. In the Transit the kids essentially have their own row of seating and we have so much cargo space! I can fit all groceries into the cargo area without laying seats down which is phenomenal. Getting everyone in and out of the Transit is much easier as the sliding door is huge. Keeping this vehicle clean is also surprisingly easy as you can see under every seat front to back. There are no plastic parts to hide garbage or a forgotten backpack until the weekly cleaning. Granted I was skeptical of just how great this would be as I’ve always driven an SUV and have zero desire to be a minivan mom. Driving it can also be intimidating at first but it seriously drives like an SUV. I am five foot tall and had no trouble navigating my way around town. However, I do recommend double parking in the further portion of the parking lot or you won’t be able to get everyone into the sliding door if the car beside you parks too close, only slight downside. If you have a big family you need to buy this van!

Bought used. Works very well for getting kids and all our stuff around. If I purchased new I would get leather and a limited slip rear end. Waiting to see how it does on bad roads... probably not good.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. We had a VERY pleasant experience buying a new Ford Maverick truck from Tom Keefe at Mullinax Ford of Olympia in May of this year. It was so nice not to have to negotiate the price. Not only did we feel that we got a fair price on the vehicle, but Mullinax ended up sending us a check for a "refund of price protection" that they said they missed at the time of purchase.
