Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

On April 15, 2024, I accompanied my Nephew Michael to look at a vehicle. He saw a small gray Lexus F, 200h on the lot. One on the salesman named Sam walked up to us and asked did we want a test drive. In which Michaels reply was yes. After Michael showed his license we went on the test drive and came back. Papers were signed and the deal was done. Ive purchased over 30 vehicles. 2 of the vehicles i currently own are an SL 63 Mercedes and an CLS S63 Mercedes. Sam was the best salesman Ive ever spoken to. He was honest, compassionate respectable and professional. My interest was in a leftover "new" 2024 Ranger XLT with 8 miles on the odometer. The dealer contact's demeanor was not pushy and very polite which encouraged me to want to work with them. However, he ultimately informed me this Ranger had sold before he and I could come to terms on a price for the truck. I'd definitely do business with this dealer if the opportunity ever again arises.
