Came in to look at a 2022 Pacifica. It was in really good condition, reasonably priced, and no serious issues. There was one minor issue with it that they took care of for us before we finalized the sale. Only minor caveat is that we had pre-arranged financing through our bank, and they did contact our bank but didn't go through the agent I specifically told them to contact, so there was some confusion about the loan that way. Overall a positive experience, would buy from them again.

This purchase of a new 2024 Mustang GT Prem Convertible took place entirely over the phone as the dealership had this car configured as I wanted. The dealership is about 350 miles away and I found the car using the Ford.com search website. Rountree-Moore Ford was easy to work with. My salesman Fernando Zamora provided outstanding service!!

I had an outstanding experience with Jacky Jones Ford. I brought my son’s truck in for a couple of issues that were covered under warranty, and the service team took great care of us. What truly set them apart, though, was that they proactively identified and repaired two additional issues that I wasn’t even aware of—also completely under warranty. There was no incentive for them to point these out other than doing the right thing and providing exceptional customer service. That level of honesty and thoroughness is rare, and honestly not what you expect to find in a dealership. It was a decent process and I would go back. My next purchase will be in a few months for an upgraded model. I wish they had more selections in my price range though.
