When online try to find out on trade gave us a good trade deals so we went in and found a vehicle that we wanted they didn?t have it in stock. My experience at this dealership was amazing. I spent approximately two hours and fifteen minutes from the moment I arrived, reviewed the vehicle, test drove it, and completed the loan process. At no point did I feel pressured, coerced, or confused during the transaction. I came in after having a very bad experience with a nearby dealership, an experience so negative that it made me believe all dealerships were the same. This team proved me wrong. The whole experience was quite quick and everyone was friendly. The Salesperson answered all my questions and also showed me a few things I did not know about the truck. Financing agent was friendly, it did take a couple of tries for us to come to an agreement on the amount, interest, and length. Great options for warrantee coverage! I only have a very minor comment. The detailing was a little light which is not too big of a deal for me since I go through and reclean everything to my standards. I will definitely buy from here again if the opportunity arises in the future! Thank you

Found the exact Mustang GT I was looking for at AutoNation Ford and reached out to the online Chat Person. They referred me to Christian Rodriquez and from there his attentiveness and ability to answer all my questions by text message had me sold on buying from the dealership. He was honest and upfront about price, etc. And unlike a salesman I had dealt with at another Metroplex Dealership, he was well versed in both the car he was selling and seemed to really want to sell the car. The dealership overall did a great job with the sales process and had the car ready for me when we drove up to buy it (even thought we hadn't committed to buying it / debating a different color). Overall good process. One item I would have preferred was to be taken to an office or room when negotiating the numbers instead of on the showroom floor.
