This is the third Ford dealership I have had experience with and was by far the best. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful, they didn't hide any of the fees and were straight forward with the price the quoted(actually wound up being a little cheaper than their initial quote!) And helped me out with getting an explorer foe my family. This was also while I was juggling 3 kids under 5 with a stroller. All in all great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

I saw a vehicle on Carfax that I was interested in and made an appointment to check it out. Kent did a great job of showing me the vehicle and worked with me to a deal that fit my budget. I returned several days later to pick up the vehicle and Kent wasn't in, but Jose stepped up to help complete the deal and made sure I got the truck and went over all the details of the truck's operation. The only place I’ll take my car to get serviced. I’ve had a couple different service writers through the years and they’ve all been awesome. I always feel very comfortable there. We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again.
