While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn. After extensive searching I found a truck at summit auto center that matched my needs. After deciding to buy the truck, the whole process was actually easier than some local deals I have made. The condition of the truck is outstanding! At 6 years old it is in a condition that one would expect of a 1 to 2 year old unit. I am very pleased with the deal. After contacting the dealership via cars.com I received an email communication from a sales representative saying the car was in stock and available to view. I wrote back and stated, I would be available the following day in the afternoon and left my phone number. After not hearing back from the sales representative. I drove to the dealership the next day and walked into the store. The few sales people that were in the showroom appeared to be busy with other customers and no one was at the welcome desk. I looked at the car outside near the front of the store, but left a few minutes later. The sales person did follow up with me the next day and apologized as it was their day off when I was there. I appreciated the communication, but did purchase a new car at another dealership.

Spacious,reliable, comfortable. A real conversation piece. Wide aisles allow passengers to move about easily. Tall ceiling allows for easy loading of car seats. Ecoboost give the vehicle a lot of get up and go.
