Our recent purchase of a 2022 F150 Lariat was the simplest, most hassle-free purchase at a dealership we've ever had. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted warmly and walked through the entire process without ANY pressure. We had done a lot of research on both the vehicle we were looking at and the vehicle we were trading in, and in both cases, the team was very fair and honest. We were, and remain, so thankful for that. We will gladly...GLADLY...do business here again should we need another vehicle. We had the privilege of working with a new, young salesman (Jake) who had the help of others (Alex and Lou) to make this all go so smoothly. They all seem like a good team working together. Just a great experience. And...we love our new truck.

WHAT A STOP! I stopped in yo Germain Ford at the end of a trip to Marietta, because I was hearing a consistent noise coming from the engine. I had never used their services for anything before, but the nose was alarming. As soon as I went inside they treated me like they had know me all my life. One of the service managers was there on his day off helping out their team and asked if I had time to go for a ride to see if we could identify the source. Long and short, I’ll be back. I will also say that Ford service centers, at least the ones have been too, have been great to work with. I feel like Germain Ford went above and beyond. By the way they have a new performance shop that far above and beyond any I’ve seen. Also, I popped in on them late in the day to get an oil change, without an appointment of course, and it was not a problem and I love the Billing where they just send you an invoice on your phone and you can pay it pretty cool

I would recommend Kings Toyota to future buyers. The entire staff was great and very professional from managers all the way to the finance department. The Kia Telluride, which I purchased was not on site at their location, but my sales person went above and beyond And out of his way to make sure that the vehicle that I was wanting to test drive was there at this location the very next morning. I don’t normally give a review, due to it is hard to “WOW” me. But this business and Metz were amazing!!! When you go to most car lots, it’s always the sale pitch and then the running back and forth to the finance dept blah blah.. and you spend so much time there that it’s annoying!!! I ha a dealership lose out on over 100,000 in sales because of that!!! Time flies s money and my time is worth it no t to have to go through that Here was not t the case!! They were easy going, professional and actually fun to talk with! No xx. Told them what I wanted took great care of me and my husband left happy which is rare within it self!! I encourage everyone reading this if looking oking for a car to stop by and see them and see for yourself!!! They might not have what you might be looking for, but I bet money they will do what they can to try to get it for ya!!! If you have a big family or car pool like I do you need this van wow I love my new / used van plenty of room and if you don’t need some seats you can remove them to make room for other things if needed

They are pretty great, really. The car I went to look at didn't work out, but it was still a good experience. I kinda felt bad that I couldn't buy something from them. If you're looking for something, particularly on a budget, it's worth stopping in.
