Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. That simple gesture really stood out and made me feel valued, even before I made a decision. After doing my research, I decided to return to ALM Marietta, and I'm so glad I did! I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and my experience was mixed. Conner, the salesperson, was excellent. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the car. He took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle and even went above and beyond by finding a charger adapter for me so I could charge the car. His customer service and professionalism were greatly appreciated and made the buying process on the sales side very smooth. Unfortunately, my experience in finance with Brian was extremely disappointing. When I declined add-ons such as GAP insurance and the extended warranty, his demeanor changed completely. He became belittling and spoke to me in a condescending manner. When I directly told him that his behavior was rude, he began slamming papers and a stapler, clearly trying to rush me out of the finance office. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional. In addition, the vehicle was not properly cleaned upon delivery. The interior seats and floor mats were visibly dirty, which was surprising for a newly purchased vehicle. I haven?t purchased a car in a while, and this experience showed me how much dealership culture has changed ? especially in finance. The overall purchase itself was relatively quick (about an hour, two hours max including a two-day process), but the behavior in finance and the condition of the car at delivery left a negative impression. Conner deserves recognition for his professionalism. However, the finance experience and vehicle cleanliness need serious improvement.

I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me.
