My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

It’s is a great minivan that can either be used for a family, work or/both . It has a clean title and is in great condition. I’m selling it because I need to down size .

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

I took a three hour drive from CT and met up with Mike And we had a great time talking card and driving a classic Fiat!! Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

This car has the right amount of room where I need it for my family and my show dogs. It is a pleasure to drive, easy to park and make a u turn when I need to. Gas milage is good too.

1st time at this dealership, went in for oil change tire rotation for my 2023 jeep and had my filter change and fluids check. They did excellent work amazing service. The van is pretty solid for a van. Seems to handle well and has a ton of space. The ability to lay the seats down to create room is great.

I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

I highly recommend Koons Ford Lincoln of Annapolis in MD.They are not the "typical" dealership. I worked with Chuck, but all the employees I encountered were professional and prompt. The Transit Connect has been great, comfortable, reliable, fun to drive ( a van fun to drive) YES. Very good fuel mileage, smooth transmission, accurate cruise control, precise steering, comfortable seats and the vista roof that gives a great open feeling. Whats not to like? It could use a bit more power, another 50 horsepower would make a big difference, torque is good though. Only one small issue for warranty, a very small A/C leak at 26,000 miles, the dealer fixed. Other than that it's been bullet proof. The wife loves it. We get many questions and comments on it from passerby's wanting to know more. Totally satisfied with this vehicle, would recommend it highly.

We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.

So far im in love!! Great gas mileage Ford did a great job designing this van for work!! Its everything i hoped for so far and has all the bells and whistles of a car!! I love the display screen back up camera blutooth and the speakers sound great too!! It's super quiet and smooth ride i can't say enoug good things about it so far!!! Over all im just honestly ecstatic over this vehicle so far!! I actually look forward to my drive to work now!!
