My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Mr Rameriz was very interested in helping me solve my issue. He was very calm during the entire process which was a breath of fresh air compared to ALL my experiences buying a car!!!! So willing to explore every option possible. Not only did I leave very happy that day, the process allowed me to still make it to work on time!!! I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

I purchased a 2017 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor. Great price and more importantly the staff were friendly and awesome. I thank everyone at Bergen for a great experience. BTW they have a great selection of police interceptors to chose from.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Jonathan was very genuine, helpful and trustworthy. Not too many sales at other dealerships are like him. He answered our questions, replied to our messages timely, and is just a very pleasant salesperson to work with. He is an asset to this dealership. This vehicle slides right under so many recalls. Shifting cable,front glass, Some of the system panel works so it doesn't qualify for recall, transmission light goes on the day the transmission breaks down no warning before. The bumper are so low you can't get near a bumper stop or you will rip off your bumper. Cheaply put together. Drivers seat is poorly designed while getting in and out of vehicle you cause seat to adjust down, while low the chair base low quality just breaks no way to repair without replace so much stuff. Rides great hard on good wheels low gas mileage, the pipe where you put gas in broke how does that happen. But the mechanic says he sees it quite often for this make and model of car. He don't know how there is no recall on this particular part .

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

My grandma has owned a 2015 Transit Connect lwb since new my grandpa got the base model since he was a cheap meiser. This van has been fantastic now at 60,000 miles obviously it's not the best liquor it's a van the interior is functional but again it is the same material that came out of any Ford Focus or C-Max it works and the seats for how cheap the cloth is is not terrible to sit in the Driving Experience is not that bad either and the select shift is actually decent. Obviously it's a van there's a ton of space we fit a lot of people in it and the 2.4 4banger is enough for highway driving for a front wheel drive based vehicle it's fairly easy to work on. If you need a van to haul people or things around in I could recommend one of these vans

I had a 2011 f-150 ecoboost which I was having problems with. The turbo was squealing and cab rust that no dealer would give me a fair price for. We had the van for 7,000 miles. Overall be I am very satisfied with it. A couple of issues I have is it's stiff ride. On a bumpy road it can be pretty rough. Rear seat comfort is fair. I love the gas mileage. So far I have got as high as 31 on a trip. To remove the rear seats you must unbolt them using a special star type bit. If they softened the rear suspension and made the rear seats more comfortable and easier to remove, it would just about perfect.

The van is pretty solid for a van. Seems to handle well and has a ton of space. The ability to lay the seats down to create room is great.

So far im in love!! Great gas mileage Ford did a great job designing this van for work!! Its everything i hoped for so far and has all the bells and whistles of a car!! I love the display screen back up camera blutooth and the speakers sound great too!! It's super quiet and smooth ride i can't say enoug good things about it so far!!! Over all im just honestly ecstatic over this vehicle so far!! I actually look forward to my drive to work now!!
