From the finance team, the sales department, the consultant, and the manager, everyone is so professional and ethical in doing their work. I was initially interested in choosing a Honda model. After telling them about my requirements, he provided me a review of other cars that may also suit my preference and is superior in some areas. He gave me enough time to test drive and inspect the car. He never pressured me in buying options that will only spike the cost.

Extremely commendable service, pleasant stuff, very easy going people. This dealership is not like the typical used car dealership that will force to buy a car. Low pressure, helpful!

I've been doing business with the good folks at Mike's for the past 14 years. My first purchase was shortly after I moved to VA, all the way from CA. I didn't know much about car sales, and since I didn't have my dad or brothers to shop with me, I was a bit nervous. I visited (and left) a number of lots, who I'm sure could tell - or thought they could take advantage of that nervousness. Then I went to Mike's.
