This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

I had an 8am appointment, my first one for my new jeep cherokee with 27,500 miles (a gift). I was happy that i was gotten in so very quickly for an oil change. Also, I was very happy that I was informed that the 30,000 mile check up was basically an oil change, saving me much needed money. I was also told to get tires rotated which I did. And i had a sensor out, which I was informed about including cost to repair and that was replaced and repaired during this same visit, which I appreciated. I liked the music and the comfortable chairs. I wish Fox wasn't on the television! ugH! i wasn't told exactly where the waiting room was and had to snake myself back to what I had to guess was the waiting room....I saw no free coffee which I get at the cheapest of auto shops, a disappointment. Add coffee in addition to the venting machine there. Overall, I am happy to have my jeep at my findlay jeep dealer and hope to build a trusting relationship that keeps my jeep in tip-top condition, giving me professional, quality service and not trying to rip me off in any way.

This truck is bulletproof. Good ride, good handling more than adequate power, on the noisy side. A great vehicle for work or general driving. Thumbs up

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Mobile service was quick convient and professional. Technician was helpful and explained other services they provided.

Purchased a 2018 titanium hybrid with 77K miles on it in 2019, for commuting purposes. I have driven 51K. I had to replace the emergency eletrical brake motor, put a new battery in (not HV), new spark plugs, regular maintenance. I run 400 mls. each week. This car is troublefree. I am totally impressed with performance and reliability, gas consumption (36.8 mpg) since I have a lead foot and on top of that, the car looks sleek. Excellent exterior design and impressive interior. I would have preferred to have the driver seat slide back a couple more inches, but it is very comfortable nevertheless. Great acceleration for passing and is peppy enough to satisfy my aggressive driving (which I have under control). The sound system is incredible. Old school so I love the bass. Great car.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

Even though they didn't have one on the lot, Brad and the team found the exact truck we were looking for; had it delivered to Wapakoneta, prepped it, did the financing AND did it all in the allotted time. Their efforts really got my wife and I out of a very stressful situation. Oh! They even found the color we wanted. We live in northern Michigan, 352 miles away and I will drive down here to purchase my next vehicle - the experience was that refreshing.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I looked for a car for months and just couldn’t seem to find the right one. Then cars.com recommended me a nice Honda Accord from this dealership and I fell in love. The team worked so hard to help me get my dream car even though I live two hours away from the shop. The dealership even agreed to drive the car an hour and meet us half way so we could see it. When I saw the car in person, it had the smallest imperfections that I took note of but didn’t mention as they weren’t noticeable to most. When I bought the car, they had fixed the imperfections and gave me the car completely spotless. The car runs beautifully. Could not have asked for a better experience. Especially when buying my first car. Absolutely superb business

If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.
