Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

The sales guy, Tony, was friendly, experienced, not pushy at all. The whole process went off without a hitch. Financing was no problem - we worked through some minor issues easily.

Trying to get reimbursed for failed TIR ROD ENDS THAT CAUSED CRASH at 73,00/ miles. Originals had plastic plates, not safe. Had MOOG brand to replace. Other than that and worn tires (Michelin Defenders). No serious issues. Handled well in corners. Fair, not great, fuel mileage. 3.0, 24 valve engine other. No leaks so far. Tie rod ends caused CRASH. Overcharged times FOUR to repair. Upsetting. I keep car up to showroom quality. Tie rod ends that BREAK,van cause death or huge injury. However. Insecure now psychologically. Afraid of more issues. xxxx!

Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️

I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

Luther Hopkins Honda responded quickly to my cars.com request for info, had the car ready for a test drive and sold it for a fair price. Car was in excellent shape and the dealership made a used car looks and smell like new.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

Chad Walczak was absolutely fabulous and worked with me on all my “wants” and helped me make the best choose financially and practically. I had a bad experience elsewhere and Chad really made me feel at ease and got me a great deal. We had fun too! He even helped me days later with questions I had about functions and options for my vehicle in the future. I bought my 2016 Cmax energi SEL in 2021 with 40k on it. After a year, I now have 60 k driven over the Rockies 3x and Cascades x2 and use it locally for drives from 40 to 70 km average. I use a 220 volt charger. The best mileage comes when the weather is between 15-20C. when I averaged 3.6L/100km. This is not the most fuel efficient hybrid, nor is it the worst, but bang for buck and enjoyable ride ...it's great! Driving in the city is best on electrical mode, sometimes I get +50 km on a charge, but mostly around 35 km. A tank of fuel, (55l) can last 800-1000 km of driving. Driving is fun! Very easy to pass other vehicles on the highway without worrying. Hard to tell when the vehicle shifts between electric and ICE. Lots of headroom and space for back seat passangers. I can pack the back with lots of stuff....yes..the battery takes up room, but I always get stuff in. Build quality is okay, noticed a few glitches in parts fitting together and I did have the AC wire harness fall apart. Bottom line....I love this car and it saved me tons of money in fuel costs

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

In 2002 they sold over MSRP adjusted for inflation @$54K in todays money- pricier than the 2002 Corvette and sold like 30,000 that year. I think that new car buyer had to probably be searching for the 1955 Thunderbird experience to shell out that kind of cash, and most people born on the 60’s and 70’s just didn’t understand that appeal. Oddly, the demographic that did BABIED their cars, kept up maintenance, have all the original tools and covers (just try and find that T-handle wrench for the hard top for example) when you get lucky enough to get a shot at buying one of these babies cars you’ll find they’re sharp and quick, amazingly so despite what people someone lent one to to write about said 20 years ago. Shod with 17inch tires 🛞 and solid suspension, people can complain about the horsepower being light, but stomp it and it will jump, zoom and weave solidly with the best of them. My drive home from buying this car was a blast. Will other sports models eke out slightly better speed, power and performance over these 20 year old T-birds? Sure, why not. Does it matter if you’re not at Road Atlanta? No. For me, this a sleeper sports car that’s about to bust onto the scene and see its reputation finally living up to the 2002 Car of the Year Award Motor Trend gave it. I think you need to find one of these babied sweethearts like I did. It’s a blast to find a good one and discover what an under rated blast it is to drive. Can’t really call it super nimble, but I respect mines solid ride and reasonably quick response & rocket like performance. The incredibly clean lines scream style visually and I suggest that a 2 tone leather optional interior is worth an extra $1K (over the basic. $11-12 K value) a hard top/rack/tonneau cover intact is worth another grand. ($13-14K total seems fair generally for a babied one). Check the rubber suspension parts underneath (inside the front wheel well behind the tire) is the easiest one to check quickly for rot w/o getting under the rear).
