Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I was on the hunt for a used truck. Came across a few that I was interested in on the Facebook marketplace that their salesman, Mark Mcnease had posted. Their dealership was three hours away, so I did all of my looking and research through pictures, video and FaceTime with Mark. He test drove the trucks for me, gave me feedback on everything that I wanted to see and hear, and even helped guide me to what he believed was the better choice of vehicles that I was looking for. Best used car experience I’ve had in my entire life, and I’ve had over 40 vehicles. We made a fair deal on the car and they delivered it! They had a driver bring it to me from three hours away. The truck was spotless when it arrived and it was everything I hoped for AND more. After driving for a few days, I noticed that the rear wheels were making a screeching noise. I took it to a local dealer to discover that whoever installed the brake pads had put the clips on incorrectly, and they were scraping against the rotors. It cost me $400 to have those brake pads replaced. I called Mark to let him know that whoever did the brakes on the vehicle, installed the clips incorrectly. He informed me that he thought the dealership had replaced those as part of their inspection process, but he needed to confirm that. I got a text message from him a couple of days later that it was their fault and the dealership would be sending me a check for the cost of having to replace those brake pads. The dealership followed through on that! I know I’ve rambled on a bit, but this has been the best dealership I’ve ever done business with, and I think it all needs to be said. I will definitely buy from them again. You can trust that you will get a good vehicle, and trust that they will stand behind their vehicles. I recommend you talk to Mark!

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I found a Bronco on Woody Folsom Fords Website on a Friday night. My husband got in touch with a salesman the next morning to make sure it was still available. It was, so I headed to Baxley to check it out. When I arrived the Bronco was sitting out front, all washed and ready for a test drive. I decided to make the purchase. The process was quick and everyone involved was doing their best to get me out the door as fast as possible. I was back on the road in my new Bronco in less than an hour and a half.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

After spending more than a half day at another dealer trying to buy a used Jeep and leaving very displeased, the whole experience at Woody Folsom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went very well and for once we left a car dealership pleased with the experience and the Jeep. We never felt pressured or being led down the wrong path. (trying to sell warrantees we did not want, they were offered once, but we declined and that was the end.) We had to go to another town to get treated like we were of importance, not just the dollar. We talked and they listened to us to help get the right Jeep and right deal. They have set the bar high and we believe they will continue to meet the expectation level. Everyone we have talked to at the dealership has been very pleasant and professional.

I ordered my 2025 Super Duty Platinum and it came in the end of January. I usually custom order my vehicles and get all the extras on my trucks. The Godzilla V8 engine is a monster 7.3 liter with about 700 hp and 600 lbs of torque The cameras are remarkably clear and I can drive with the rear/side camera views live. Great safety feature. This truck is meant to tow heavy loads. Fuel mileage is not great but it’s as I expected.I feel the turning radius seems tighter/better than the F150 I used to have. I love the onboard scale in the truck bed. Very convenient. I have a g Factory generator also. I always put in a Line X spray in bed liner and have a roll n lock top…out of sight out of mind.The easy pull out steps make easy access to bed contents.A big Ranch Hand grill was installed to replace factory bumper because I drive in north Florida deer country. There is one thing I’d change, Ford used to give multiple interior colors and with my Platinum package it limited me to grey 🤦‍♀️. for a very expensive vehicle I should have had interior color choices. So I really don’t have much to complain about. This truck is a very strong towing machine. I also had dual exhaust installed, nice mud flaps and a different larger air filter.Such a great rumble sound now. It’s my fourth Super Duty and I’m very impressed with all of my options including the two front seats that totally recline if I had to sleep in this beauty. Never have I seen or driven a nicer truck.

You would have gotten a five if you had done the paperwork for me to get my tag in a timely manner. Over a month and half is not professional. When called it was to tag office in 10 minutes. Let’s hope product and servicing. Is better.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

Woody Folsom Ford and Baxley Georgia has honored every commitment they made at the time of sale on my F150 Ford pick up truck seven years ago. Their service managers and technicians have been excellent and seven years later. My truck is still driving like a brand new one after they have serviced at under warranty three times. I would not purchase another vehicle for me or my wife at any other location.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I have had eight Cadillac Escalades, and this is the best SUV I’ve ever had. Ford just has it together! I’m on to my 1st Navigator

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.
