I have purchased two new cars from this dealership--a 2008 Ford Focus and a 2013 Ford Focus. I am not a huge Ford fan...more of a Honda person...however, the service I get here is so good and so different from the service that I get at the horrible mega-dealerships nearby that I literally chose a Focus over a Civic so I could purchase a vehicle here. The fact that I get free state inspection for the life of my vehicle is fantastic and convenient, and even though I was purchasing one of the least expensive cars on the lot each time, I was given thorough and courteous service. The sales person helped me with issues that I was having with my trade-in in an honest and straightforward way. Having a smaller, more personal car-buying experience right in my hometown is so unusual these days, and the amount of stress and headaches I avoided by shopping here was certainly welcome.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! After car shopping for 3 weeks and making no progress we were getting exhausted. We dealt with pushy, high-pressure salesmen, salesmen that knew less than me about their cars, and salesmen who didn't seem to have enough energy to get out of their own way. Then we decided to head toward Philly and stopped by Fred Beans on a whim. They had the perfect car, but that's just luck. The salesman we had was outstanding from the moment we sat down and made sure everything was perfect for us. We had a lot of fun talking and joking, but when it came time to do business everyone was eager to work with us to make sure the deal fit our budget and needs. We ended up driving home a CPO car and couldn't be happier. Everyone as Fred Beans was miles ahead of the dozen other dealerships we visited and we'll be happy to drive out of our way to buy from them again.

I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

I was there only three months ago for an oil change and I raved about the service. When I came in this time Dan was there again and greeted me with a huge welcoming hello! The team made me feel at home. Offered me coffee and even asked if I needed a ride. I waited for the car to be done. Dan kept me informed along the way. When the car was ready everything was explained to me clearly and that I should return in the next few months for the next mileage service. Car was clean and I was on my way. Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Called in to check out a LS to see if they made major upgrades. Sales representative Anthony E was who took care of me while I was there. Good kid, ask for him if you come check out the dealer.

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.

Shane demonstrated all the technical features, which were new to us, and made sure we could operate them safely for the drive home. We did have to wait a bit to sign the paperwork, but overall a great experience and worth the trip!
