Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

Arrived at dealership with an immediate problem of A/C nonfunctional. With the summer heat approaching, we were very unhappy. My husband and I entered the Service Consultant area to find that 1. All representatives were busy and 2. No appointments for 2 1/2 months. We were very pleased when we heard from the end consultant desk "How can I help you?" Wow, someone is offering customer service! Jason Sanistevan said that he would like to assist us, however, could he keep our vehicle for 7-10 days and he would work us in. Under the circumstances, this was a fair offer Good to his word, he got the repair completed in the promised time frame. Walked away very satisfied!

Jason Santistevan was most helpful this morning as our 2020 Transit 250 AWD Eco Boost 22,000 miles engine light came on as we leaving Bozeman on a trip. Quick code read showed cylinder mis-fire. I want to express my deepest appreciation to Max Ricci for his professionalism and efforts to locate a Certified Pre-Owned Audi A6 with very specific options on it. I came from Colorado to Billings; MT seeking to retire and obtain my dream car. I went to Audi - Bozeman and was greeted by a very nice person who referred me to Max because he was currently with a client. Max took me on a test drive because I had never ridden in an Audi before, but heard a lot of excellent things about them. Wow was I amazed! The A6 was exactly what I wanted but could not afford a new one. Max immediately began looking for what I wanted. Unfortunately, the Audi dealership in CO knew what I wanted prior to visiting Bozeman and called within a few days with the perfect car for me and my budget. If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.
