In our efforts to replace our primary vehicle (a tired out 11- yr old Honda Ridgeline with over 230,000 miles on it), we made the nearly four-hour round trip road trip to Anderson & Koch to test drive a potential used replacement. We’d had discussions with Brandon about the vehicle on the phone, and he met us at the door when we arrived. We liked the car, and Brandon was friendly, easy to talk to, and anxious to get a good fit for us. We went home that day to talk it over and figure out financing. Two retirees in our late seventies buying what would probably be our last car, a bit of a decision. When we returned a few days later, certified bank check in hand, Jesse worked out some wrinkles on the details of the purchase. We were impressed with his willingness to communicate and the time he took to make sure that we were satisfied. He was forthright, willing to listen and work with us. Once in the parking lot again, Brandon spent a good amount of time patiently “training us” on the basics of Bluetooth and our Iphones. Though we were acquainted with it all, being able to leave the dealership with it set up for us was a definite plus. Another employee came out to make sure the receptor for our trailer hitch was ready to go, so that there would be no delay in my husband’s plans to hook up the boat and go fishing the next morning. Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

Words cannot express how awesome the customer service of this dealership is! And I never imagined in my life that I would say that about a dealership. I submitted an inquiry through the CarGurus app and almost instantly got a text message with a video of Donna holding a sign with my name and introducing herself and letting me she was available to answer any questions. Very shortly after Brandon sent me a text letting me know he was available for any questions I might have. Unprompted, he personally created a walk around video of the vehicle I was interested in along with a link to a fact sheet about the car itself. That alone was incredible to me. Then I asked about a vehicle inspection report and Carfax report. He texted me copies of them almost immediately as well as the original window sticker. We set up a day and time for me to come in to look at it and test drive. On my way there I got a text from Brandon letting me know he had the vehicle all ready for me when I got there. When I arrived he was sitting right inside the door waiting for me. Talk about service! When it came time to talk numbers there was absolutely no hassle! They had even dropped the price before I got there unbeknownst to me but offered at the lower price without me even knowing they lowered it! They didn’t try to add all kinds of extra fees or anything. They gave me all the information I asked for and were very transparent with all the numbers. And while I walked in there already preapproved for financing with a very competitive APR, they were able to beat it! The vehicle I bought from them was a used Chevy. And I am probably furthest away from being a “Ford” guy. But honestly, I think the next time I’m looking for a new vehicle it will probably be a Ford from this dealership! I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

I went up there to look at a particular car, I was able to test drive it, buy it and was out the door in two hours. They were very respectful of my time and needs, no attempt to up sell me, and they replaced the battery in the key!

I just bought an F350 diesel 8 foot bed crew cab limited edition. The only thing I can say is wow what a nice machine. I just finished a 1600 mile trip towing a vehicle behind us and got 17.4 miles per gallon on the diesel, it is an awesome machine and I would highly recommend it. The power

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

This vehicle is the perfect combination of comfort, style and performance. This Truck is a 4x4 lariat that is loaded with options. It tows like a truck should while giving comfort of a luxury car.

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

The F350 Super Duty crew cab can handle just about anything you need it to do. The ride is a little stiff - but hey it's a truck! Turning radius is a little wide - but hey it's a truck! 4wd works great, multiple transmission drive modes will handle most any terrain you'll be on. It'll handle heavy loads in short bed without a problem. Don't expect high MPG - hey it's a heavy truck, so plan for the fuel expense.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

This vehicle is spacious enough for seven people to stretch out and carry all of their luggage. The engine has enough power to get you wherever you need to go.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Claims if anything goes wrong with the vehicle I just bring it back there they fix it at a reduced price and even give me a loaner car to use while mines being fixed! Police car what about a hundred fifty thousand 7 miles on it no I have 335 thousand miles on it it runs like a top never quits on me even if I run out of gas I guess a little extra Waze for completely quit better than relationship ive ever had with people LOL

I recently had a great experience buying a vehicle from Milaca Motors. It is very apparent that the owners care about the people they are selling their vehicles to and that they will go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I discovered an issue with a vehicle I had purchased from them and they gave me every option I could think of to make things right. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle from them and we are very happy with it! On top of making sure I was happy with the purchase, they did not bat an eye at completing the transaction well after their typical closing time. I will be returning when I need another vehicle.

I think this Mustang SVT Cobra Indy Pace Car edition is an excellent investment opportunity. The car is very rare and has a really low reduction number.

As a 60 year old man I've purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. Everything from private parties to big dealerships and everything in between. The owner and staff at Valder's were a pleasure to deal with. Honest up front pricing and great vehicles to choose from. The staff always greeted me with a smile and patiently answered any questions or concerns I had. I got a great vehicle at a fair price. I have advised my son who is looking for a truck to call them first and avoid the month long disappointment of going from lot to lot only to have the vehicles be a mess and the sales people only looking to take as much money from me as they could. I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.
