I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

The Service Department is very professional and they strive to make their customers happy! I highly recommend them.

I interacted with many dealerships big and small to choose my new vehicle. I LOVE how easy it is to talk with this dealership. When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

Very comfortable, performance and fuel mileage are better than expected. Many more comfort options than expected in a cargo van. Heated seats, 10 way electric front seats, navigation, Sirius, blue tooth phone pairing, electric mirrors.

I had a problem with my car battery. I went to start my car and the battery was dead. Road service came out and jumped it. My battery was only a year old. I wanted to get my battery checked out so this wouldn’t happen again. I spoke with Brandon at Szott Ford in Holly, he told me to come right in and he would put it to a test and see if the battery is bad. No hesitation, he understood my concern. He was so professional, understanding and caring. He totally went above and beyond. As a side note; I called another dealer closer to my home to help me out with my battery. I was told that I could come in and have it checked out. The earliest appointment was 2 to 3 weeks out. I was hurt and disappointed that they couldn’t/wouldn’t help me out. Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.
