My thanks to Omar, who helped with financing and Charlotte, who was instrumental in the registration and plate transfer process. A couple of minor problems but all were resolved.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Waiting room is clean, comfortable, schedule services On time and simple internet setup. Service rep explained and 5k mileage service maintenance required done as factory recommended!

I ended up not purchasing a vehicle but from the first phone call with Rodrick King I was treated professionally and courteously. Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

I didn't actually get the chance to purchase a truck from this dealership as I was a day too late... it was just sold to another buyer. This vehicle slides right under so many recalls. Shifting cable,front glass, Some of the system panel works so it doesn't qualify for recall, transmission light goes on the day the transmission breaks down no warning before. The bumper are so low you can't get near a bumper stop or you will rip off your bumper. Cheaply put together. Drivers seat is poorly designed while getting in and out of vehicle you cause seat to adjust down, while low the chair base low quality just breaks no way to repair without replace so much stuff. Rides great hard on good wheels low gas mileage, the pipe where you put gas in broke how does that happen. But the mechanic says he sees it quite often for this make and model of car. He don't know how there is no recall on this particular part .

I found the vehicle on Cars.com site and it was what I was looking for. Low mileage and a fair price. The dealership was responsive and timely regarding scheduling an appointment. Everything seemed to go smoothly and I took the truck back today to have the windows tinted which was included with the purchase. I felt like I got a good deal based on the pricing I had seen previously. Overall a good experience but I was surprised to see so many people wearing shorts and I understand the weather is hot in Texas but it was surprising.

I purchased a 2005 Corvette over the phone. The car is in excellent shape low mileage and the experience of buying this vehicle was hassle free. Also had the car shipped to Las Vegas Nevada no problems. Would purchase another car from unique Auto again.

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones
