Moe showed us several available options and clearly explained pros and cons of each one. Once we chose one, he made a respectful but pressure free sales pitch for the services he thought were necessary. It was evident to us he was endeavoring to find what worked best for us. The financial aspect of the deal was also handled with the same level of professionalism. Miss Kelly Shields was respectful and knowledgeable. It's hard to put in words how great this company is. Just like a lot of people the last few years have been hard on all of us. Me and my wife were in the market to get a new car. Only problem was that are credit was far from great. And we did not have alot of money to put down. After dealer after dealer that could not help us unless we had at least $5000 down. And really had that kind of money? So my wife called eastern moters and from the start they were great. We told them are story and the best part is they listen to us. We never left are home and within hrs and a small down payment ($1000) we had a beautiful new electric cat. And they delivered the car to us. It was more than a hrs drive for them. A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

Service Department Staffing could be a lot better , very hectic , and busy & loud , we?ve always been happy having our cars serviced here , but there really needs to be someone available to go out to the car , so I can show them exactly what the issue is ( not to receive a phone call later that day to say they can?t duplicate the problem that I brought it in for , ) other than that , they do a fine job of performing the work correctly the first time, ( and again it depends on part availability) but other than that everything else is good

I drove over to VA from Minnesota to check out a great deal on a bmw 325xi they had on their lot. Bob was great to deal with, went the extra to make it a smooth purchase. Nice little town and great place to visit.

Great people did oil change and tire rotation, and brake fluid change. Comfortable waiting area. Good turn around on service. My favorite place for auto maintenance.

SMH was pretty easy to negotiate with on Dodge Ram 2500 we were not expecting to make the purchase that day, but they worked with us to return the next day to pickup our vehicle. We do have to return for a part that was on back order, and when it arrives I’ll give more feedback on the return for service. Thanks SMH

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
