i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

In this case, everything was different I found JC And he was very relaxed He was not pushy and he was definitely just trying to help that provided me comfort and make me feel like a person not like an object or just another sale He was very affirmed with everything in a very respectful manner, and I am very happy with the services that he provided. We got the car that we wanted. Usually, the process is long and annoying, but Juan made it us to where the process was short and he has explained every day hung up vehicle even help us set up the fordpass app on our phones He only went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable, and for that I am grateful not to mention that we were able to drive in our new car. Visited bc of great reviews and had a Kia I wanted to see. Didn't end up buying but not b/c dealership. All staff interaction was great, not pushy at all and clean space. If I see something again there I will still drive the 2 plus hours from Long Island

This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.
