Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. Walked in to look at a 2013 Civic was greeted by David, after talking for a few, crunching some numbers, going on a test drive. Pleased to say with the help of David and Ruben drove home in my new car. They are very pleasant and helpful. They didn't talk nonsense as other dealers do.
