We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

So far above and beyond what I could have expected or even hoped! Before I was able to drive my new purchase home, Legacy Auto wanted to, as is their practice, go through every inch of the car replacing everything that seemed in need of being replaced, regardless of whether an actual safety issue or not as might come out of a cursory safety inspection. I wasn't surprised yet I was a little disappointed that it would take a while for their shop to get my car in for the inspection and corrections, primarily because my insurance company could not cover my rental car for as long as it would take but, Legacy Auto provided a loaner so I at least had a car to drive away with and use until mine was ready. That though turned out the be the least of the professionalism in the service they provided as the cost out of their pocket that they put in for parts alone for issues they dealt with, far beyond any safety concerns, was 10% of the agreed-to price in the first place! They put in 10% of the price of the car AFTER I had already paid for it. In any other dealership I have experience with the best I could have expected is a legally required safety inspection and a detailing of the body and interior. I had to drive about 45 minutes to reach Legacy Auto but the time and effort was more than worth it!

I just bought a truck from Badger Chevrolet in Lake Mills this weekend (Aug. 2025) and it was the best vehicle buying experience I have had. Jakob Larsen was my salesman. I drove 50 miles to get there and when I got there Jake had everything ready like he said he would. Jake also went through the whole truck with us, he is very knowledgeable, calm and respectful. I bought one new car and traded it later on a used car from Metro. Some of these bad reviews confounding. They always gave me great service. Both cars were excellent deals. Time it right with Ford promotions and you'll be surprised what they can do. Repairs in a busy shop need appointments. If a shop isn't busy, avoid it. I do wish they had a Saturday express oil change service though.

I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!
