I bought 2 cars and have been bringing all my Honda cars, including those I bought for my family members from other dealerships, for service and service is very professional.

Vehicle was sold before I was able to speak to a sales person. No problem! They were working on it before I inquired about it.

Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. Just had bought a 2023 Santa Cruz Limited(800miles) and brought it to “Riverhead Hyundai” for warranty work on the “Tonneau Cover”!! This is where I met “Service Advisor Raymond”!! This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

I like how honest and upfront this dealership is. I literally spoke with them on Thursday and picked my car up on Saturday morning. They took care of everything for me so this way on Saturday I spent about an hour there signing paperwork and was out in no time. Lexi is a sweetheart! I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

If you have a big family or car pool like I do you need this van wow I love my new / used van plenty of room and if you don’t need some seats you can remove them to make room for other things if needed
