The dealership gave me a great deal on my newish great car that I love. Traded in my old car and made me forget about the three other crappy experiences I had before I went there. O'NEIL is a good place to do business.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

Salesman Frank Vitolo was patient and thorough. There was no pressure. The efficiency of this dealership was impressive, and every employee I encountered made me feel comfortable and important. As a wholesaler this was as good experience as could be imagined. The car was in good condition and on a long drive home showed no problems. Recommended.

I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Even though I didn’t purchase a car because I wasn’t able to get Insuerance. The minute I’m able to get Insuerance I’m running to get a car from them. Super honest and transparent. I’ve never been to say this about any car dealership and I purchased a lot of cars from many different dealers. Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! My salesman Blenner was a joy to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant. We also met with Rob the Manager who went over the final cost of the vehicle in detail. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend. Would also like to mention Adam who recommended a great restaurant nearby for lunch while my new car was getting cleaned and ready to drive home!!
