We had a great experience in purchasing our Ford Escape. Dee was courteous, not pushy. He answered all our questions and worked with us. We left to discuss buying, came back asked for him to make the deal on the SUV. Dee took his time explaining features of the car when I picked it up. Dee was a great salesmen and I will recommend anyone looking for a Ford to come there and ask for him. The other salesmen did not get his name offered us something to drink and went and got us coffee and soda while we waited.

I recently purchased a Pre Owned vehicle from Nick Nichols Ford and had been very pleased with my purchase. I had only been able to drive it in local traffic rarely exceeding 45 mph. I had to make a trip to Tampa and once on I-75 I was at highway speed for the first time since having the vehicle. Due to a sudden traffic situation in front of me I had to hit my brakes hard , when I did I instantly noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel. I was able to make contact with Mr. Mark Anderson , Service Dept manager, and he advised me to bring it in and ask for him directly Mr.Anderson had the vehicle front brakes checked and it was found that the front rotors were worn , he then authorized the mechanic to replace the rotors. This was done at no charge to me. This action by Mr. Anderson made me a from now on Nick Nichols loyal customer Thank you Mr. Anderson for all that you did. Rudy Salazar

When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. I had probably the most awesome experience ever, buying a car, when I visited Love Chevrolet in Inverness, Florida. The sales woman, Sonia Clark was very conscientious. I found a car that I was hoping to buy and thanks to Sonia's tenacity, she made it work. The finance manager, Feliciah St. Hilaire, was very friendly, knowledgable, and well versed in her profession. Not too often can buying a car be a relaxing experience, but this certainly was! I visited this dealership due to my car being totaled, having a rental for 2 months, already feeling stressed over the entire experience, and these young ladies made it very stress free and a relaxing experience. It's a pleasure to work with someone who knows their profession and talks "with" the customer and not talk "down" to the customer! I highly recommend Love Chevrolet in Inverness, Florida.

I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

For your go to salesman that will help the customer out and is the best time after time ask for Gary N. I have purchased 6 vehicles from him and he is a square shooter! The Service manager who came out of retirement is also the best. Anyone looking for a good clean vehicle I highly recommend Gary N.
