They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. I bought the 2018 Lexus NX300. I ran over 10 dealerships near NY NJ and was mad about fake online prices and sales tricks. This place is the best. No hidden fees. No mandatory warranty. No baited finance discount. The car is in excellent condition (except missing one floor mat). Fair price (a little bit below KBB price). The manager and staffs were kind and honest. The whole process is direct, transparent, and happy.
