Recently purchased a 2021 challenger Scat Pack and was very pleased with the car and the service! Scotti our sales rep was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We looked at a couple of similar cars and before test driving them knew the total prices for each, why they differed and the pros and cons of each car. The prices we were quoted was the final prices, nothing else was hidden! All the staff here were friendly and professional and the purchase was faster than i expected. Highly recommend this dealership to those looking for more than a car but a driving experience! The inventory is not only diverse but impressive and prices are generally lower than market average. Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

On their lot, things are transparent: car washed, interior cleaned, but if there’s a flaw - you see it. When I looked at a BMW 2 Series, there was a chip on the door. Manager didn’t hide it, said they could touch it up, but I took it as-is. Honesty deserves respect.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.

Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

2013 Taurus bought with 18,000 as a "dealer car". Now has 220,000 miles and have replaced nothing but shocks, brakes, battery, wipers, tires. Original alternator, water pump, air cond, steering, trans, engine - NO major expenses whatever.. Would run over 10,000+ miles with no need to add oil if you chose to do such a thing. Starts, runs, drives extremely well. Wife isn't scared to drive on 200 mile trips alone. Suspension is a little loose but what do you expect! This car has provided , and continues to provide outstanding performance.

My husband and I stoped by to look at a VW Jetta for our daughter. At the time, the car was not at this location. Lou made sure the car was there the next morning and we were able to take a look. Over the next few days, Lou was extremely patient with our hectic schedule as we completed the process of buying the car. Had the car for 2 months now the rear brakes sound like they are metal to metal just purchased it in March shouldn't be metal-to-metal in the back brakes have to take it to a mechanic and find out what's going on

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.
