This dealership team is the best. I had troubles with my car within a few miles from the dealership my transmission was going out (I’m 5 1/2 hours from home on Sat at 12:30 ) in town as my son is buying a car from a private party. Alisha states they will wait for me and let’s Service Manger Tom Miller (Amazing) know I am coming… runs diagnostic and yes transmission troubles… I go outside to process and Tracy gives me a hug as I was crying and scared… Lon Keely also comes over and between them all I felt safe and in good hands within minutes… the staff was amazing and Tom Miller has been wonderful to explain what happened, what my car needs and feel at ease. I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

For my total investment of 20K it is the sharpest car I have ever owned. It is extremely easy to work on at home or any garage. Used and new parts are readily available and not expensive. Ford retractibles i.e. Skyliners are even more fun to own.

I bought this car used about a month ago for a commuter and I've only filled up once. The fuel efficiency is slightly below 60mpg. It's a comfy drive, interior is plush, and the exterior styling is beautiful.
