Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. I just moved back from Florida and needed to get a few things done. I linked to the dealership to make an appointment through the Ford app which made it quite easy. I dropped the car off at my appointment time that was after lunchtime and they were able to get working on it that afternoon. I received a text video from the technician a few hours later detailing of what was completed and showing me the measurements of my tire tread and brake pads wear. And a copy of the checklist of the inspections that had been done. There was an attached estimate for the brake repairs and a link to approve the repairs. Everyone I was in contact with was very nice and helpful. My consultant Dusty was excellent. He was out to lunch when I picked up my car, but one of the other consultants jumped right in and helped me. The Customer Service Manager walked by and stopped to introduce herself and chat a minute. This was a very pleasant experience. ?

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.
