I had an unbelievable experience dealing with Jonathan Motorcars! I NEVER write reviews but in this case I am most definitely. I am from Indiana and I was shopping for a specific vehicle (Mercedes E400) in which I searched nationwide for a couple of weeks. I found a used car at Jonathan and called cold to ask questions. Doing this a few times over the last week I found young inexperienced salespeople who were just interested in selling a car and not educated on walking you through what you were looking at until I met Josh. Josh was amazing from start to finish and took time to answer all of my questions, take video, pictures, did a walkthrough of little scratches, send reports, etc. Honestly, dealing just over the phone is kind of scary not knowing the car itself as you cant drive it, you just look and take the salesman's word. Josh was that guy! Not only did I get a great deal, he also helped arrange transport, detailed my car, gave me a limited warranty and filled it up with gas! I must have called and texted him 10 times where he always took the time to answer all of my questions. Again this dealership went above and beyond to insure my satisfaction and even checked with me to insure the car was delivered safely without issues. I cant thank them enough for going that extra mile to make my car buying experience very rewarding.

I’ve been driving over 50 years and I have to say, this was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had a rough day with my old car, I had to face the fact that repairs would be way too high and I would just have to buy another car. After going to several other dealerships in the area, I went home and cried. My daughter came home and said we are going tonight to find a car. We went to John Kennedy Ford of Feasterville first. From the minute we entered the dealership, we were impressed. No pressure, no gimmicks , just a positive and wonderful experience. My salesman, Rob was so helpful and so understanding. He along with his manager worked hard and did everything they could to get me in a great car that I love, at a right price, with the right terms and I even had a choice of colors available to me that night. Everyone I met was incredibly nice and helpful from Rob to both managers to the finance man. I came home with a beautiful 2021 Silver Escape with low milage , all the extras , a great warranty and a very positive experience. Fred Beans Newtown Dealership rectified previous issues pertaining to finance charges, inspection and key code for the purchase of our new car. The general manager stepped in to satisfactorily complete the follow-up needed.

Dealership was fine. Mr. Singh was professional and a pleasure to work with. I should have sold my trade in Subaru 2017 105,000 mi. Subaru in NY offered 9315, Old Bridge Ford gave me 6500. Sell first before doing deal and come in with money. I was foolish. CT5 is great 6 cylinder. Can not wait to drive it every day. Subaru, was fun but not as quiet.

Kevin Dunn was great to work with, and they stand behind the sale. I had a check engine light which was a minor issue and the handled it perfectly giving me a loaner and handling all the pick up and drop off.
