I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

While out of town our daughter had a minor accident that required a tow. I was able to contact John at VW and explain the scenario. We arranged to have the car towed there and they would take a look. They quickly worked the car in and provided a list of services that were needed. We reviewed the requested services and landed on the ones that would allow the car to be drivable. I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

Worked with Ian to buy a C8 on 12/24/24 and the process was fast and very easy. After 10 minutes we agreed on a very good deal and the rest was easy. Overall, if you're looking for a step above any Mustang, this is it. But you have to understand what you're buying. The 5.2 Voodoo engine is an engineering masterpiece, no other Ford engine sounds close to it. It is a review happy engine, but you need to put your head in that of a racing driver, not a regular commuter. Oil level, temperature and pressure are all items that need to be checked prior to ringing out this motor for all its goodness. The suspension is harsh compared to a typical Mustang, but it's liveable. These cars were only offered in a 6 speed manual, so that "automatically" removes it from many people's lists. All in all, it's a driver's car, it's special and if you understand that and get the chance to drive one, you won't be sorry.

I am 53 years old, and have bought several vehicles over my lifetime. In the past I have traditionally been a Ford guy. I was treated poorly in my opinion by Swope Ford and refuse to go back. When I stepped into BIG M, I had a completely different experience. I was greeted instantly, I was helped throughout the entire process (even when we were difficult, and couldn?t decide). Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I ended up getting my nearly 4 year-old battery replaced at no charge. I had not really noticed any degradation of the cars operation even after being alerted by the notice, but I have noticed improvements in drivability since the battery was replaced.

I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I had an appointment Friday. I called a few times to ask how its going. The reply was should be the end of the day. Don?t know what that means. I arrived the dealer at 3:00 O?clock. I ask what was done had how long it would be. The reply was they had the driver side mirror completed. How ever nothing was done. The service rep came to me with there head down. I knew nothing was completed. The Rep I could tell felt unhappy about the issue. However, the Rep did manage to get me a rental. That was good. I know things can go wrong at times. I was glad the to the extra day to have time to make repairs properly. I had another issue for a service performed on an oil change back some time. After the oil change, I brought the car back and explained I had a humming sound coming from the vents. I approached their man mechanic in thing they were not going to believe me. He immediately said I know what that is. I was relived. He said when they looked at the filter, putting the cover back on at times is not properly positioned. They repositioned it; it did sound better but not completely. I drove to for a while still noise. When I took the truck back for the Mirror swap, cabin filter, Air filter, tire sensors, etc. I ask them to look for something a normal They found a screw that had been broken on the air filter housing. She then proceeded to tell me she got a quote in replacing the unit. I said wait this was an issue for back when I had the first oil change. Then she asks the manager, they are going to replace the filter unit. Over all the rep was trying to get everything completed. We did have a difference of opinion when checking out. I like being very detailed in asking questions to verify all has been completed. I wanted to ask the technician some questions to verify all is completed. I want to test the mirror for proper working conditions. Did not get this. Don?t think that?s too much to ask. Over all the Service rep did a good job. However, I did walk away feeling a little uneasy.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.
