He let me sit in and test multiple different trims to see what had all the features that I wanted. The one truck I ended up buying was one that originally was out of my price range but between Wayne and his manager, I believe Dennis, helped me get the payment to where I wanted to be. Best Experience I have had purchasing an automobile. Salesmen was a young professional who knew the product inside and out and was quick to alert and educate me on all of the nuances of the car, an AMG SL-55. Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

The service department at Willow Grove JLR continues to be driven by providing a unique and top-notch customer experience. They fully appreciate that each of their customers have a unique vehicle and situation, and do their utmost to tailor their service and attitude to that end. They are very professional and there is none of the upsell I have experienced at other local dealerships. As an example I recently had my vehicle in for a check-up of the suspension following some unusual behaviour, and they were completely transparent in that they found nothing wrong, and they didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee, enabling me to keep enjoying my vehicle safely and reliably.

I bought a 2018 Escape in Oct. 2021 with 33000 miles. I'm very satisfied with the vehicle. The staff have been very helpful even as I returned to the dealership with questions. Kensie and Damon deserve credit for their service. The deal was just ok, but it was done during the height of the pandemic, they had to find me what I wanted, and inventory was in short supply. Overall a positive experience.
