Update from JJ Newark NJ. Now have my blue 2011 Ford Fusion for almost 2 years. Best car 🚙 I have ever had . Just had issue with door handles because of a plastic part but mechanic says this is common on this car .Only thing I have serviced is transmission @55;000 miles and they reprogrammed it.As a result of that service car is definitely running much smoother. I change oil every 5000 miles and air filter s 10,000 mile intervals: Car now has 65,000 miles and runs brand new. Love ❤️ it. Thanks Ford for making a super automobile 🚙🇮🇪🍀🙏

bought it w 61000 miles 5 sp std. handles likes its on rails i drive it hard, fun to drive great on fuel a family friend has a 08 with 177000 miles and has spent little on parts, he does his own service work great 2nd car took it from bc canada to vegas and back without a berp, great car as good a a corolla but fun to drive

This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

car performes well , overall satisfied with it , but it has a rust issue ! rust under the rear wheel frame on both sides , rust under the rear lift gate , chrome on the wheel reems peeling .

I have had this car for about two years, the V8 version. It is one of the best cars I've ever had. It has tons of space and is really reliable I wouldn't hesitate taking it anywhere. Haven't had to do anything major only routine oil changes and such. The explorer won't be the best on gas but if you're looking for something dependable this one is it.

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

I bought my 2016 SE from Bloomfield and for a small compact car the quality is equal if not better than a Honda Fit. The car has climate control, heated seats, rides nice and handles great compared to luxury sports cars I've owned yet 1/4 the price. I love it and feel it's made well. Motor has timing belt and wish they used the Duratec motor in here but it seems strong. My dual clutch transmission is great, it is not an automatic with valve body,they shift like bmw m6 and other sports car and it works absolutely normal.

I bought my 2007 Escape inOctober of 2014. It was a V6 when I got it it had 85,000 miles and I paid $9,000 for it. I drove it for 10& years until June 10, 2025 when someone ran a stop sign and totalled it. It had 275,000 miles and was still a great car and drove wonderful with lots of power. It was a great vehicle!

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. 2014 Focus SE Hatchback bought in 2016 with 7500 miles. Its currently 2025 and 113k miles. The only repair issue was the TCM failure at 90k. I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in all the while unable to drive my only vehicle. Only other problem with this car is the heat shields have fallen loose and rattle. I have thought about replacing this car several times over the past 3 years. I've test driven many similar cars and haven't found any that drive much better. So I keep driving this car.

They had a low milage Acura RSX 5 speed for a great price and I bought it. There was no negotiating because it was a good price already.
