Andy is a true gentleman , I bought an explorer from him and after 2 month the transmission started giving me erratic shifts , Warranty was only for 30 days but when I called and let him know without hesitation he offered for me to take it there and get it checked out. Its happened to be what he called solenoid pack. He had it fixed with no charge to me. I also offered some money towards the repair but he didn't accept it. Its been 6 month now everything including the transmission is beautiful , Now that's what I call a true gentleman and honest business man .Thank you Andy for your generosity.

I have had 2 2004 explorers ( BOTH AWESOME! Over 220k miles each!!) And I bought a 2010 Eddie Bauer with roughly 100k. Absolutely beautiful vehicle, met all my needs (twin 8 year olds then, almost 13 year olds now) so lots of friends, lots of bags, skis, skateboards etc... I loved all of them, they all served me very very well. All were totalled by uninsured drivers in michigan. Literally. T-boned, rear ended, t- boned. And I'm about to buy another one. 2010 explorer, 111k miles. I know it will need the routine repair stuff, but I am 100% more confident in buying yet another Explorer than buying some unibody crap. I'd recommend a 2010 every day. Just pay a mechanic $100 to look it over and drive it. Every day, all day. Loved all my Explorers.

First I must apologize to Andy for the first review second I must say he is standing behind the vehicle he sold me yes it does have an antifreeze leak and he will take care of it .I didn't realize that a review was put up on my behalf so yes I would recommend his dealship and I spoke to him yesterday and the car will be on its way to his shop for repair

This Explorer rides smooth at any speed, low miles for an 2010 and a good engine/mechanics. Shows wear in some areas but overall a solid vehicle.

I had a great experience doing business with Andy , bought a very clean low mileage jeep for my son , very fair price , Andy is very confident with the cars he sells and speaks to you very firmly and bluntly and with confidence , He tells you as it is and doesn't sweet talk you to buy a car from him , and leaves it up to you if you want to make a purchase , some people might think that he doesn't want to sell cars to them or he is being disrespectful or he doesn't care , but in fact I love his way of running his business , very honest and right to the point. Im in the market for a 2010 explorer ST( sport trac ) . I had a 2007 and it was a tank. Loved it, pulling a 12 foot trailer full of logs and branches with no problems . V6 is powerful enough to tow anything you will need. It’s roomy and stylish. Love them !!

After driving the Chevy and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

I just completed a perfect experience. I bought aa 2023 Clubman JCW online just from the pictures. Nick S. Was friendly and responsive. Paperwork by email was a breeze. Shipping to me 5 hours away was only $500! I had delivery to my home 7 days after I made payment and vehicle was inspected and registered with new plates. Delivery company was also excellent. Vehicle was just as advertised and a nice new oil change and professionally detailed. I would certainly buy another Mini Cooper from this dealer again!

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

Dan and Nick were good to work with. Recently purchased a Volvo. When I test drove the car there were a few issue as most used cars have. They had each issued fixed when I picked up the SUV.

My Explorer was left to me in my friends will I knew the truck for a few years before inheriting it and except for 1 thing have had NO problems with it other than normal maintenance and I LOVE this truck and have no intention of getting rid of it unless I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO... and then I would still be hesitant about it ! It's always started and drove excellent especially in snow !!! My truck has 90600 miles it was given to me at 75000 miles ... only negative is that before I got it my friend needed to replace the transmission due to losing reverse (literally out of nowhere) WE were both stunned about it .... I wish I could check the transmission fluid by a dipstick too !

My wife , Maria, and I bought a 2008 red Saab convertible in early 2020 for Maria. Never had a problem with it to this day. I have a 2008 blue Saab convertible and she wanted one like mine. Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

This van has been a fantastic and reliable van for a large family over the past five years! As the kids head off to college we plan to downsize. The vehicle has run wonderfully the entire time that we have owned it.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.
