I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

I love my flex! It’s very stylish and comfortable driving it is a breeze and to beat it all the room is amazing. My kids love all the moon roofs. The heard stearin wheel was a bonus the heated and cooled seats also a plus!

After contacting the dealership via cars.com I received an email communication from a sales representative saying the car was in stock and available to view. I wrote back and stated, I would be available the following day in the afternoon and left my phone number. After not hearing back from the sales representative. I drove to the dealership the next day and walked into the store. The few sales people that were in the showroom appeared to be busy with other customers and no one was at the welcome desk. I looked at the car outside near the front of the store, but left a few minutes later. The sales person did follow up with me the next day and apologized as it was their day off when I was there. I appreciated the communication, but did purchase a new car at another dealership.

Best used vehicle I have ever purchased!! The V-6 on my SEL makes it fun to drive, although it is a bit of a gas guzzler. I don't care because I put more priority on get up and go then MPG!

I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 199k miles. Mostly highway trips but still running and driving like a new car. Always serviced by dealer. Screen freeze was a small problem but not a serious one. Hybrid still strong and mpg about 43 per gallon average. I love the features and ride on this car. I have most of the options and they are great. Bought it below wholesale and enjoying it every day

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is smiling and happy to help, and the service is quick. I had an oil change with filters changed, wiper blades changed, alignment, and interior detail, and there was a scuff on the paint I wanted looked at, and they buffed it out for me. I always schedule my appointments far enough ahead to be able to have a loaner and they always provide a nice, sporty civic for me to use. The prices are so much better than other dealerships I've dealt with, and I don't feel like things are being added on that aren't necessary. Or that I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. This is definitely a wonderful environment and I love that they will do anything to ensure a happy customer.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

We just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from the Joliet Honda dealership. We received outstanding service all the way around. Our salesperson was Chris, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris made it low stress!

28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

Bought my 2019 in 4-2021. It only had 8700 miles on it, got it for 18k at Car Max. It was a fleet car; part of Covid sell off I guess. Retired now, drive around town with maybe 30% highway driving. Watch the EV/GAS indicator like a hawk; like driving a video game..my MPG; 48. The mileage is now at 48,700. Love the car, BATTERY LIFE is a major concern of mine. Done some research prior to buy on replacement battery; battery cost at that time from Ford dealer; ~$5800; recent check ~$10,500. After market batteries out there for less with warranties in the range of 12 months/15k according to auto/radio talk host. Local respected auto repair shop said the Toyata Prius hybrid batteries they had dealt with; they had replaced bad/weak cells instead of e tire battery; 2-3k...that was from 2021. At that time, no Fusions had been brought to them. The battery is my growing concern. If I keep this vehicle, what will it cost to have a battery replaced in the next 4-5 years? PLEASE NOTE: The NATIONAL radio talk show host did say, limit air-conditioning use; do not drive/brake like a wild-man. That would stretch out battery life. Original battery could go as far as 150k with sensible driving habits. Keep car from extreme temperature s; hot & cold. Still contemplating selling car now due to $$$$ in regards to battery not car performance.... LOVE THE CAR.....DREAD THE FUTURE BATTERY ISSUE.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. I purchased my 2019 Fusion Hybrid Titanium back in September of 2020. I got a very good deal on it because dealerships were struggling to sell cars. I was looking for a hybrid and when I saw this one come up, I had to get it. Just over three years later, I love it as much as when I first purchased it. I have put 112,000 km (70,000 miles) on it since then and the only maintenance I have needed is oil changes and rear brakes. Very comfortable, more tech features than some newer cars, amazing stereo...it's literally perfect for me. Averaging 43 mpg in the summer and 39 mpg in the winter (Ontario, Canada). I still get compliments on the car all the time!

Karl here at rides unlimited was beyond helpful on our buying experience. He was able to somehow Get us down to the price range we wanted and worked on the overall price the whole time. Even when we thought we had what we thought was the best deal he continued to work and somehow found us something even better. I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.
