I bought a used Kia Soul from Constantine's shop and am happy that I did! Plates and title arrived promptly and when the radiator fan let me down in the first 2 days of driving, Constantine replaced it (even though he wasn't required to). I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

I purchased a used car and had a mechanical issue within a few days of purchase. Lees's called me on a Sunday, to understand the issue and set up a time get it repaired. Outstanding service! Everyone was so kind and helpful!

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

I purchased a used Ford van from Lee's. I searched online & local for several weeks. They were honest about the condition, right in line with the price, easy to work with, they let me know where it came from. I live almost 600 miles away, I felt comfortable enough to buy without a test drive. They worked well with my bank to keep the deal moving. I am very pleased, good job Liana & thanks for the quart of oil in the glovebox!

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

My 2002 F150 is still on the road with 299,000 miles on it. It was bought from a guy in FL, so there is no rust on it. I live in OH and have it oiled underneath every year to protect it from salt damage. Great truck!!

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

These guys are great to work with. They are willing to listen to what I am looking for without pushing me into something they have on the lot. Surprisingly they have a great selections of cars for a small lot. I will be back when the time is right.

Update from JJ Newark NJ. Now have my blue 2011 Ford Fusion for almost 2 years. Best car 🚙 I have ever had . Just had issue with door handles because of a plastic part but mechanic says this is common on this car .Only thing I have serviced is transmission @55;000 miles and they reprogrammed it.As a result of that service car is definitely running much smoother. I change oil every 5000 miles and air filter s 10,000 mile intervals: Car now has 65,000 miles and runs brand new. Love ❤️ it. Thanks Ford for making a super automobile 🚙🇮🇪🍀🙏

Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

I just bought an F350 diesel 8 foot bed crew cab limited edition. The only thing I can say is wow what a nice machine. I just finished a 1600 mile trip towing a vehicle behind us and got 17.4 miles per gallon on the diesel, it is an awesome machine and I would highly recommend it. The power

The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

I have been a 3500 furs max guy for over 10 years. This new F450 makes the 1 Ton Chevy feel like a toy. More power, across the board, more comfort, better handling and the turning radius is sick - I can bust U turns at will!!!

Jim Jessen was the best car salesman we have ever met. All the staff were wonderful. Jim went above and beyond to help us choose a used Ranger for our granddaughter. He set up our granddaughter’s phone, made sure her automatic lights were on as we were leaving after dark etc. I can’t say enough about his care and customer service. When the check engine light came on late that night, it only took a phone call to Jim to have us come in the next day. After 2 1/2 hours of them checking it over, they found the sensor was faulty. A part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. All at no cost to us. For the inconvenience, they buffed the car getting any small scratches etc out. The 2019 Ranger was one owner Blue Certified with 72000 miles. We are having it undercoated, they got us in Wednesday and offered a rental car to drive while this was being done. Just have to return with full tank of gas. No high pressure anywhere. So happy we went there. Go to Inver Grove Ford for the best service. Make sure and ask for Jim “JJJ” Jessen!!!! I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.
