I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about Brian. In years past when I used to buy all my vehicles else where. It seemed like the rapport, service, and vip treatment ceased once I signed the deal. The salesman & sales manger didn't know me once I drove off the lot! But with Allan and particularly Brian it is a totally different experience! Recently my wife was rear -ended in her brand new Forte GT LINE. Even though you don't have a body shop , when I called Brian he was happy to speak to me. He was concerned for my wife's safety and well-being. Brian and Allan were both very helpful in assisting us in getting our new parts on our GT Line re-coated with Zurich. They handled they insurance company and Brian set up my appointment at Matthews. Ford had a great idea in the C-Max hybrid. So many places we travel don’t have the plug ins for electric. We have many trips with 40+ to 50 mpg. Ford missed the mark when they discontinued manufacturing the C-Max. Bring back the car and make us look toward the future !

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

New 2 weeks ago today. This car is not intended for family vacation. I use it as a daily driver a 100 miles round trip. I got the mid-grade trim package heated seats moon roof. it has a small gas tank 13.9 gallon. I question the MPGs as advertised but its ok at 27 mpg all highway. It will fit 4 people but i believe Ford didnt intend for it to be a vacation car but a general purpose of getting back and forth to work car.So far so good only time will tell.

I use to only own Hondas- I had Accords and Civics and they were very good cars. However while in college, I needed a new car and was on a shoestring budget. That landed me my first Ford- a Crown Victoria. Now that was an amazing car- very cheap to maintain, easy to work on, etc. It was so amazing, my next car was another Crown Victoria! It too was just as reliable, but unfortunately at over 200k miles and rusting out considerabily, it was time to upgrade. Unforuntately Ford doesn't make the Crown Victoria anymore, but being loyal to the brand, I started looking around. After researching for approximately a year, I felt comfortable enough to pull the trigger on the 2017 Ford C-Max Titanium Energi, and it was a very good decision! It's incredibly comfortable, the heated seats are amazing, and the visibility is awesome as well. The fuel economy is pretty amazing as well- I've averaged about 46 MPG since I got the car in November of 2024. There are a few things I would change if Ford were to ask me- first, there is no map light. The dome light is adequate but its over my head and behind me whereas a map light would be ideal because sometimes you need light directly above you. Second, on a cold day, when you set the heater on 90, the blower will blow cold air on you immediately before the engine is warmed up. Even my old 2005 Crown Victoria did not do this- the blower would not blow any air until the engine had warmed up. Beyond those two complaints, it's an amazing car and perfect for bopping around town.

I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

This is my first Hybrid and it's fun to drive. The equipment includes; 17” Aluminum Wheels, Auto Headlights, Keyless Entry Pad, Leather heated front seats, Remote Start, Rain Sensing Wind Shield Wipers, Leather Wrapped Steering wheel with cruise and audio controls. The mirrors are powered and heated. The car has blind spot monitoring and it has a backup camera. The Audio is an AM/FM CD/MP3/Satellite Radio (Sirius) with an Audio Input jack. The Sony sound system has 12 speakers which delivers great sound. This has the regenerative braking system with traction control. You can find any location with the Navigation System with Voice commands with Point of Interest Locations. On a sunny day enjoy the powered Moon / Sun Roof. You can expect 41 MPG City and 36 MPG Highway. It sips gas!

I love this car, the only exception is the transmission. The clutches jerk hard, only once in a while. It mainly jerks when someone besides me drives and only occasionally with me. Overall, I love this car!

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I had been researching for a reliable used vehicle for a month and a trustworthy dealership. Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.
