I recently worked with Jerod and Chris to purchase a 2013 Dodge Charger. While Chris has only been with the dealership a short time, he was very helpful with his knowledge of the vehicle. Jerod was also great to work with. I did not feel I was pressured into making a decision on the purchase, but they were trying to help me to decide if it was the right vehicle for me. I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

We've dealt with Mike Estep for all of our 4 trucks. Being a long time customer of his says a lot about his caring attitude and his character.We enjoy working with Mike every 3 years... we lease our trucks that pull our 5th wheel camper. 2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

We scheduled a visit, after looking for a specific vehicle within our price range, for close to 5 months. I scheduled a visit online and met with Erica on a Saturday for a vehicle inspection and test drive. Erica and the rest of the staff were very friendly and good to work with during negotiations. We cane to an amicable agreement within about 30 minutes and I am very Happy with my F150 4x4. The only knock on my experience here, was that there was a noticable vehicle repair that I believe should have been done prior to putting the vehicle out for sale, exhaust replacement. They did take money off in the deal for the parts needing replaced, but would have been great to not needed to use my time and resources to complete said repair. I absolutely adore my Mustang. It does require performance mode to be as fast as I would prefer. It is reliable as all h e double l, the 10 speed is fast and sounds great. 10/10 I would purchase again.

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

This truck is one of the best. I had a GMC before this and there is no comparison. I love this truck and will keep for long time.

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

If you are ever in Holmes County and need to have your car repaired, this is definately the dealership to take it. We had an emergency repair that needed to be done as we were just visiting the area. They went out of their way to schedule us in and get us a car to drive while our car was getting repaired. My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

Yep, it's big. It's a 2-in-1 vehicle that I jokingly call a caruck. The grandkids love it and so do my wife and I. I wanted one with an 8' bed, but that one wouldn't fit in the garage, so I settled for a 6.5 bed. The F-150 is comfortable, easy to drive, and gets surprisingly good gas mileage. That mileage drops a bit when towing. I use mine for family and for managing the farm. My only slight hangup is that I can't figure out how to handle the air conditioning for the back seat occupants. On a side note, I think city planners and architects were planning on things downsizing and this thing is anything but downsized. It fits almost everywhere and when it doesn't, it fits almost always somewhere close enough. I love it and would definitely buy another one.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

Everyone we spoke with was great. I am not a true car fan. To me, I am concerned about value, affordability, and reliability, but I do love my Venue! I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

I'm fine with work that was done. But do not want any more lists of things that would cost me a lot of money to do. Keep these lists out of my sight please. I can get this work done anywhere and will not be pressured by you or anyone else.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

We recently purchased an SUV from Platinum Motors and are very happy with the professional service provided by Caleb and with the SUV we purchased. This was a remote purchase from Washington State, so we were a little concerned that the dealership was so far away from us, and we couldn't test drive the vehicle prior to purchasing it.
