I recently traveled from Indy to Toyota of Muncie because I needed to trade in my lease and find a new car. I was helped first on the phone by Josh Chamness and then later that afternoon in the store. He asked plenty of questions about what I was looking for and by the time I arrived he had a couple cars in mind and took me right to them. I picked out a car and he was able to give me a fair price. He was even willing to bring the car to Indy so my husband could test drive it. Even though I did not purchase from Toyota of Muncie, Josh was a great partner in finding the best deal possible. I recently traded in my 2015 F150 platinum after owning for 8 years. I bought used with 42k miles on it with the 3.5 ecoboost. I loved the comfort of driving and the style of it. Couldn’t have been a better experience driving it on all the long trips. Unfortunately I settled with the engine instead of waiting for a 5.0 to be available. The problems started with 2 weeks of buying the sunroof broke then at 60k miles with the transmission dying. Turbo lines were leaking fluid costing $4k to fix. Back window track falling on to my daughter’s car seat. Head gasket seal replaced at 100k miles. TPMS failed and never replaced them for $700. Air conditioner had issues here and there after so long Max A/C was like normal fan on high. Other miscellaneous sensors were replaced. Overall I had $26k in service repairs. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty or it would’ve been gone a long time ago. Sadly I got to 150k miles and the sunroof broke again after minimal usage throughout the years. With out a warranty anymore I couldn’t go down this road again.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

We interacted with three different employees throughout the process and all were personable and low pressure. We drove almost an hour to look at a vehicle and it was well worth the time and distance! Our experience was great and we were very pleased with the service, professionalism, and most importantly, the vehicle we drove away with! I bought a GT Premium/California Special and love it. It has more bells and whistles than any Mustang I have ever owned. The Mustang is well insulated and is a solid vehicle.

Excellent value for the price. Do not purchase this vehicle without the active exhaust option. The fake vents are disappointing but otherwise the car is perfect.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. It looks great, is fun to drive, and still turns heads. This is my 8th Mustang I'm a Mustang fantatic! Love them.

I own a 2015 F150 Lariat with the 5.0. Love every aspect of this truck. That 302 with 3.73 gears is a beast!! Excellent accelelation, towing, and overall comfort. Not having to worry about rusted body panels is another big plus.

The buying experience was great! However when we took it back for spoiler and tint, and clean that it did not get when we bought it, because the guy had teeth pulled, the only thing done was swept. No fluids added, nothing was clean. Rita

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

I bought the Platinum edition, I love this truck. Smooth riding, lots of extra features. Seems bigger than the 2017 F350, but they are the same size.

My first p/u truck. My first hybrid. My first CVT transmission. Outstanding mileage (>40 mpg!). Good for five people. Excellent for four people. Easy to drive. Excellent safety features (added Lariat safety features are worthwhile). Owned for one year. Basic maintenance and the recalls were no problem. High quality affordability made by our neighbor Mexico. I would highly recommend.

My 2023 Maverick Lariat has been a pleasure to drive. Had 3 recalls and all were completed at my home by Mobile tech for software issues. I currently have 9200 miles in 9 months. Ordered a 2024 Maverick XL July 17th 2023 still waiting for build date. It will be my third Maverick purchased You can't beat the gas mileage of the Hybrid. I get over 48 mpg in city driving. Staying under 45 miles per hour keeps me in Electric mode.

Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. If iam having a problem with electricity on.this what's going to happen with an E.V

I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool
