After driving it for two days thought there was something wrong in the front end. I dropped it off and they took me back to my residence. Few days later the had it fixed no charge and dropped it off for me. Great service stand behind there sales.

My last one was at 262000 miles and still going strong until I totaled it. Drove it on long trips all over. I loved the AWD. Wish I had another one.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I worked with Pete and Igor on buying one of the vehicles, however we ended up buying a brand new from another dealer. They were non pushy, very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend them and have too family members and friends.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

I did a lot of research before visiting Carboard and I ended up purchasing a 2006 Toyota Highlander from them. Leno went the extra mile to get me the lowest APR rate possible and it was low! He really made the effort to do so. There was no "shady sales pressure" to buy like the big dealerships. On the way home the check engine light came on. I let Leno know and he told me to bring it to their service department which is only a few blocks from their lot. It was diagnosed as a faulty catalytic converter and he had it repaired at no cost! He also offers discounts if you use their shop for future repairs. I read some reviews that say they are in a bad part of town. Very untrue. It's on Colfax in an older section of The Denver Metro area but nothing unsafe about it all. I would be comfortable bringing my grandkids there. If you are looking for a great place to buy a used vehicle I highly recommend paying them a visit. Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed!

We purchased a 2016 Volvo V60xc with 96k miles on it back in late June of this year. I gotta say, I was a bit nervous buying a used car from a small dealership but Leno and his team were immediately friendly and accommodating. We were looking for this specific model and year of Volvo and felt comfortable with the mileage as this was a local one owner car. Leno provided us with a CarFax report and gave us opportunity to do two test drives. We were already approved for financing with our own bank but we decided to let Leno shop financing and sure enough he beat our bank’s rate by almost a full percentage point with another well known local credit union. The buying experience was super easy and relaxing. We took the car home on a Saturday and all was well for the short drive home. Sunday we took a drive that was our first real test of the car. Much longer than our two test drives that only included a short stretch of freeway from the dealership up one exit to Wadsworth and back. To our horror after a bit of freeway driving we noticed a strange vibration that wasn’t present on the test drives. When we got home I emailed Leno and informed him of the issue. He responded quickly on Monday and asked me to bring the car to their repair shop to have it looked at. I did some research in the meantime and discovered that it was likely a failed U-joint on the driveshaft which only became obvious as the vehicle heated up on a longer drive. My local Volvo mechanic also suggested that as the cause. Sure enough Leon’s technician verified that it was in fact a failed driveshaft. After the diagnosis and to my absolute delight, Leno called to say that he and the owner of the dealership would like to replace the driveshaft at no cost to us. Literally a day and a half later the car was back in our hands driving as good as new. We’re now over a month into owning this car with absolutely no issues since the driveshaft repair. I can’t thank Leno enough. Buying any used car comes with risk, but thanks to Leno and the Carboard team we had a fantastic experience. Thanks again Carboard!

2013 Taurus bought with 18,000 as a "dealer car". Now has 220,000 miles and have replaced nothing but shocks, brakes, battery, wipers, tires. Original alternator, water pump, air cond, steering, trans, engine - NO major expenses whatever.. Would run over 10,000+ miles with no need to add oil if you chose to do such a thing. Starts, runs, drives extremely well. Wife isn't scared to drive on 200 mile trips alone. Suspension is a little loose but what do you expect! This car has provided , and continues to provide outstanding performance.

They were awesome to work with us. We had an amazing experience, and volunteered to put in a battery when we hadn't even requested it. Jadyn was very helpful. :)

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

My wife and I purchased a used 2015 Buick Enclave from Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC. We live in western Nebraska and saw the vehicle for sale on cars.com. I visited the Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC website directly and found the vehicle on there. There was a wide array of documents related to the vehicle right on the website. I was impressed with the transparency of the information that was offered. I was even able to access the vehicle’s Carfax right on the website. The vehicle was a one owner with a crystal-clear service record that had every single oil change, preventative service, and recall completed on schedule. Negotiations began though a series of phone calls and text messages. Our salesperson, Braden, was very nice and professional, but most of my contact during negotiations was with two of the sales managers, Andrew and Anthony. Both were equally transparent, straight-forward, and most of all very fair to negotiate with. Using only a total loss settlement we received from an accident, we had a limited budget to work with and they really knocked it out of the park! We drove out from Nebraska on Memorial Day weekend to test drive the Enclave and put the finishing touches on the negotiations. Everything went off without a hitch! Even though we paid for the vehicle in full that day, we still had to go through the finance office for all the sale documentation. Eric was fast and friendly, and we were on the road back to Nebraska by mid-day. Unfortunately, on the way home, we discovered an issue with the Enclave’s transmission. We were crushed and started panicking as to what to do. Used cars are sold as is, and we knew that going into the deal. We knew we couldn’t return the Enclave, so we drove it the rest of the way home. Brayden called us on Sunday to ask how we were liking the Enclave. I did not answer and did not return her call until Tuesday morning since it was Memorial Day weekend. I left a message for her explaining the transmission issue and that we were aware that it was sold as is. I then took the Enclave to a transmission shop and had it diagnosed. The Enclave needed a new transmission to the tune of $5,800, plus tax. I received a phone call from the sales manager Anthony and within 5 minutes he offered to pay for HALF of cost to replace the transmission! I sent him a copy of the invoice from the transmission shop, and I had a check in my hand by the end of the week! When I thanked Anthony, he told me, “Doing the right thing isn’t always easy, but we are always going to do the right thing”. Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC earned a life-long customer here and I will make that drive to buy from them again anytime! Thank you, Braden, Andrew, Eric and most of all, Anthony! Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

Purchased the car with 20,000 miles and the engine had to be replaced at 42,000 miles, Ford paid to have it done. Other than that the car has been very good.

I recently traded in my 2016 Jeep and leased a 2025 Tacoma. I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.
