I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

We enjoyed working with this Dealership. Our salesperson Scott was super. He took the time to listen and was quite patient. We did not buy the Equinox but bought another car that he showed us. He seemed to know just what we were looking for and we did not have to spend the whole day looking. He made looking for a car easy. I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

Was very satisfied with the results of my visit today, Clean, professional, timely and courteous. All the staff in the service department were wonderful and the tech explained my issue and how he fixed it. Will definitely be going back to Le Mieux Toyota for service and vehicles.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

My review is to comment on stellar service I receive EVERY TIME I bring my SantaFe in for work. Adam is our most frequent consultant and he is amazing! Great communication, kind and incredibly honest. The other day I stopped in without an appt and he wasn’t in. Fortunate for me, I encountered Lainey and in turn Caleb in service who graciously looked at my tires. They both were also great communicators, kind and accommodating! While people are so inclined to complain when there’s a problem, they often don’t compliment. These three set the bar high!

This truck is one of the best. I had a GMC before this and there is no comparison. I love this truck and will keep for long time.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

This is the third F150 I have owned, by far the best, 60,000 miles have not had to fix anything, Did brakes and tires around 55k, limousine quiet inside, 5.0. l coyote engine has impressive power and decent mileage

We have speen shopping around for a particular nice used truck and Horn Ford had one. We visited them on a Saturday and were treated very friendly - no high pressure. After a test drive we talked about the purchase of this vehicle. By Wednesday of the week we decided to make the purchase and the next Saturday we picked it up. Again, a very easy visit with the truck prepped and paperwork ready. After driving the truck home (3 hrs) and on the next day, we found a new issue with the truck. We informed Horn Ford of the issue and even though they were not obligated, they really stepped up and helped to resolve the issue. Much appreciated!

I recently traded in my 2015 F150 platinum after owning for 8 years. I bought used with 42k miles on it with the 3.5 ecoboost. I loved the comfort of driving and the style of it. Couldn’t have been a better experience driving it on all the long trips. Unfortunately I settled with the engine instead of waiting for a 5.0 to be available. The problems started with 2 weeks of buying the sunroof broke then at 60k miles with the transmission dying. Turbo lines were leaking fluid costing $4k to fix. Back window track falling on to my daughter’s car seat. Head gasket seal replaced at 100k miles. TPMS failed and never replaced them for $700. Air conditioner had issues here and there after so long Max A/C was like normal fan on high. Other miscellaneous sensors were replaced. Overall I had $26k in service repairs. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty or it would’ve been gone a long time ago. Sadly I got to 150k miles and the sunroof broke again after minimal usage throughout the years. With out a warranty anymore I couldn’t go down this road again.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I have been dealing with the New Owner for a number of years on all my Auto work and Used vehicle purchases. Him and his team are always helpful on my repair options and do great work in a timely manner. Everything from simple tires or batteries to major repairs and adding options.
