I called on Saturday about a infinity g37. Greg answered my call and said ask for him when I came in. When I got there the place was super busy but everyone was friendly. I asked for Greg he already had the car out front for us. He was open and honest about the car. It's a used car at a great price but never would I of thought the salesman would be honest about the condition of it. We test drove it and decided to buy. Greg treated us with respect and honesty through the whole process. I asked that a sensor that Greg told us about be changed and the car given a oil change. Greg said it would be Monday before the car was ready. Greg called me early Monday afternoon and said the car was ready. I came in and completed the sale. I can't speak for anyone else at this dealership but if you want a honest salesman and to be treated right ask for Greg.

A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

Love the 2022 bronco 2 door hard top . The one I have is not my order but I wouldn't give it up for my order . Mpg is around 18 mpg . It rides better then a jeep and has more room then a jeep .
