I am a working, single momma with no time for hassle and fuss. Kevin Melton was my sales associate, and to say he went above and beyond to help me is an understatement!! I live several hours away and had lots of questions and concerns and Kevin accommodated my every need and request. He did everything possible to make this purchase happen and made it easy! Mark Calloway assisted me in the financing department, and he was equally helpful and made the purchase easy and quick. Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

The experience with this dealership was spot on. Very kind salesman (Mike Smith), and very much informed of the details of the car. He worked with me to get the price that I felt I could live with. Unfortunately, the sale didn’t happen due to a move of household goods that was needing attention and that took precedence. THANK YOU ……. for all the good that came from start to finish. I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.
