Took my Shelby in for servicing today and I was greeted with a warm smile by service writer Erik Muir. He promptly set me up for the designated service and continued to “keep me in the loop” with regards to how my service was proceeding!! Which leads me to Mr. Michael Shiner! IMHO , Mike is one of the best mechanics in the area . He leaves nothing to chance and is very precise and meticulous with his work. Tasca Ford should never let a mechanic like Mike ever leave and pay him accordingly!! With employees like Erik and Mike, Tasca Ford will always be my go to service center !!!! Keep up the great work.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

Looking at a Tucson in the parking lot Steve Young came out in the rain to help us. He immediately connected with us. My grandson wanted to trade in his Accent for the Tucson. Steve was incredibly helpful. He had the added challenge of working with grandparents and a girlfriend. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

I’ve probably bought 20 cars in my lifetime but never had a better experience at Keyser Ave Auto. Their prices are better than anyone, arguably lowest doc fees I’ve ever saw. I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

Its me again back for a 2nd review . yes im the lady who had the 29.99%interest rate for 4 yrs.. But enough about me.... I needed to add a secondary review out of appreciation & Gratitude. So had my new suv 2 days. Got a call from artie. To come pick up a pieace they had previously ordered for a back seat ....to.which i had no clue it was even broken. (Honesty) So i pass by the very next day. I took the highway for the 1st time since my purchase and noticed a lil shimmy in the back end at 70 mph .. Arrived at Jadta.L And as they replaced the seat trim. I explained the lil shimmy to Artie. Immediately called on the Mechanic to checked tires n pressure And artie told me they would like to balance. The tires.. And will pick up the suv tom from my job & and return before my day was done. and. As usal the didnt fail me. My suv was picked up at 11 am & balanced All the tires By 2pm the suv was back. Like i said prior. They go above and beyond for ppl . And are so honest n genuinely care. Thanks guys.

2013 Taurus bought with 18,000 as a "dealer car". Now has 220,000 miles and have replaced nothing but shocks, brakes, battery, wipers, tires. Original alternator, water pump, air cond, steering, trans, engine - NO major expenses whatever.. Would run over 10,000+ miles with no need to add oil if you chose to do such a thing. Starts, runs, drives extremely well. Wife isn't scared to drive on 200 mile trips alone. Suspension is a little loose but what do you expect! This car has provided , and continues to provide outstanding performance.

The owner of this dealership was very honest, patient and helpful. I recently purchased a vehicle here. The vehicle runs well and was a good price. After my purchase the owner was kind enough to drive me over to the registration office (after his business hours) as I did not have a car. During the course of the vehicle transaction and registration process I spent several hours with the owner and he is a genuinely nice guy. The owner certainly went above and beyond the call of normal customer service in my circumstance which is the inspiration for this review.

I bought my 2016 SE from Bloomfield and for a small compact car the quality is equal if not better than a Honda Fit. The car has climate control, heated seats, rides nice and handles great compared to luxury sports cars I've owned yet 1/4 the price. I love it and feel it's made well. Motor has timing belt and wish they used the Duratec motor in here but it seems strong. My dual clutch transmission is great, it is not an automatic with valve body,they shift like bmw m6 and other sports car and it works absolutely normal.

After driving all the way to Richmond, VA from Philadelphia, PA to buy a box truck that was "perfect and ready to work" I found out that it had a faulty turbo, faulty engine break, cracked windshield, the list goes on. It was an awful experience that turned into a 14 hour day. I called Jon Allegrucci, the sales manager at Nunzi's, about a box truck that they had for sale. I told him about my awful experience in Richmond and how I wanted to avoid going through that again since I had to drive so far to look at his truck. He was completely honest and open about the very minor issues with the truck. After doing a carfax, going there to look at the vehicle in person, and driving it extensively, I found out that everything he told me was true. In fact, the truck exceeded my expectations. It was great and the price was better than any other I could find. They even detailed it, inspected it, went over everything to make sure it was fit for the road, changed the oil, etc. I asked them to adjust the emergency brake, and they did that as well. Buying this vehicle from Nunzi's was the best auto buying experience I've ever had. It's a great family owned dealership (even Jon's mom is the sales receptionist) and I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

Very happy with our experience at Gaughn’s. My granddaughter and I dealt with Ryan, who was very knowledgeable and helpful with our situation. He also had a lot of patience with us! The other personnel were very friendly too. They had a lot to choose from, the facility was clean and well organized. Highly recommend this dealership!

Has great room, seats 5 grands will love that, drives and rides smooth, like the color, has a lot to get use too, really enjoying it.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

Everything went great and in a timely manner. I even had a faulty sensor and they replaced it without hesitation.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

This car is a great city car, I never had a problem with the car except for the tcm that I was lucky I could replace it with the warranty. I regularly maintained the car and never had any issues what so ever. It is fuel economy and surprisingly spacious for a compact car!

What a relaxing experience. I have literally been searching for the perfect car for 6 months. Everyone trying to sell me ‘theft protection’ devices and DOC fees reaching $900!!! I saw the car at Jadta the first day it came on. It was accidentally posted for $13,700 and a couple days later a more accurate $14,700. I mentioned it to Artie and he honored the price I saw first! No argument, plus a very reasonable DOC fee. I’m 2094 miles away and he handled the transport for me. I plan on making a trip soon just to shake this man’s hand. Oh and to maybe watch my Cowboys beat down some Eagles!

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

We recently purchased a vehicle from Gaughan. Corey was our salesman. He was very friendly an knowledgeable about various vehicles and questions, which we had asked. Corey did not try to push a sale on us. I appreciated that! When it came time to talk Financials, PJ was super friendly! This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Austin was incredible from beginning to end of the purchase. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Could not be happier or more satisfied with my experience.

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

I didn’t end up buying a car from them; but they were very helpful in checking in with me and seeing if they could help in any way!

Love this car. It is my first time owning an SUV and it is great. Meets all comfort & convenience requirements . Probably my most enjoyed is elevated seating provided by an SUV. Also enjoy heated seats now that I am older.

There was seriously ZERO sales pressure, a full CarFax report was provided, we were encouraged to take a long test drive and allowed to get a pre-purchase inspection, and the paperwork process was impressively speedy. I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

The cars on their lot are all quality vehicles. I bought a very low mileage, well kept, 2011 Ford Ranger at a great price. All the paperwork/financing went smooth. Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.
