This was THE BEST experience at a car dealership we've ever had. My husband and I came in to look at the new explorers. Doug was our salesman and he was WONDERFUL. I've never met a car salesman so friendly and willing to work with us. He was also very friendly and kind to our two children and extremely accommodating. This is not a typical car dealership, as we have dealt with many others in the past that were just out to make a quick buck. Everyone we spoke with was extremely down to earth, personable, and helpful. We will be return customers in the future. Thank you for being such a wonderful and trustworthy group of individuals. I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

Damien Brown was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person. This dealership has a huge inventory and he was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars available. There were no pushy sales tactics, and I never felt pressured. I would absolutely seek him out again if I were in the market to buy another vehicle.

I was wanting to downsize from a F150 super crew because of garage space and I needed something easier to get in and out of. The Maverick fills both needs very nicely and gets lots better fuel economy. So far I am very happy with my decision.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

I live in S. C. and was visiting my daughters in Atl when a dashboard light came on. I stopped at Lou Sobh and told the Service attendant what was happening. I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

I own the 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid and so far with roughly 28,000 miles on it I love it. Cannot believe the gas mileage that I get. From April thru Nov I am in the upper 40's to low 50's. That is driving in the cities and highways between the cities. Any long travels on the expressway and my mileage drops to the mid to low 30's. When I purchesed it in 2022 I stayed with the standard XLT interior and I do not regred not upgrading it. It is comfortable for a vehicle and it is quiet. I have easily gotten 4 golf bags in the truck bed and 4 golfers in the cab with one of those golfers standing at 6 foot 8 inches. I've also been able to get 2 10 foot kayaks in the bed with no problem. Yes, they extended beyond the tailgate but had no problems. So far I rank my purchase of my 2022 SLT Ford Maverick Hybrid as one of the top two vehicles I've purchased in my life time, and I will be 74 in 2025.

I owned this car J2366 for 2 years, stored in the winter. Was a blast to drive. First thing I added was the X-Pipe, then hood struts, Front sequential turn signals, LED interior lighting, Oil separators, Coolant tank, JLT cold air intake, and 93 octane tune, on the dyno produced 496.29 at 7260 RPM, 414.61 Tq at 4750 RPM on a Dynojet Model 224x at about 90 degrees F. by VMP Tuning at Carlisle Ford Nationals in June 2022. Very happy with the results. I also added the white cobras on the front fenders, the Shelby letters on the trunk lid, the bottom door stripes, the windshield decal, and the flag overlays on the front and rear 350 badges.

I was looking for a Mustang Mach-E and found the one I wanted at Loganville. I took my checkbook and title of my trade-in and drove the one hour trip to Loganville Ford. The niceness of the facility was exceeded only by everyone who was ready to assist me. After a brief negotiation we reached a level agreeable to both of us. From the moment we arrived and was approached by salesman DW, our experience only got better. He was knowledgeable, attentive and took great care of all of our needs. We had the spray in bed liner and retractable cover added with their customization shop and all was on point. Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Overall, if you're looking for a step above any Mustang, this is it. But you have to understand what you're buying. The 5.2 Voodoo engine is an engineering masterpiece, no other Ford engine sounds close to it. It is a review happy engine, but you need to put your head in that of a racing driver, not a regular commuter. Oil level, temperature and pressure are all items that need to be checked prior to ringing out this motor for all its goodness. The suspension is harsh compared to a typical Mustang, but it's liveable. These cars were only offered in a 6 speed manual, so that "automatically" removes it from many people's lists. All in all, it's a driver's car, it's special and if you understand that and get the chance to drive one, you won't be sorry.

Super reliable car! I have yet to replace the brakes. Only major purchase was a set of replacement tires. Had a 90,000-mile full checkup, and had nothing noted as deficient. I only wish the batteries for propulsion could maintain a higher value. They have decreased from 22 miles of power to 12 miles.
